About Us

SolisRx is a specialized revenue cycle analytics provider for the infusion industry. The company was founded in 2023 by Chris Hilger, a healthcare data scientist with a background in building data infrastructure for complex clinical and financial systems.

We advise multi-site home infusion, ambulatory infusion and specialty pharmacy organizations, and PE sponsors, helping them connect fragmented data, identifying where revenue is at risk, and building the monitoring infrastructure that keeps those answers current.

The Problems We Solve

Infusion organizations run on data spread across six or more disconnected systems. The information that leaders need, from denial root causes to authorization gaps, referral decay, and payer underperformance, exists but never surfaces in time to act. The result is revenue that leaks quietly and decisions made on incomplete information.

SolisRx builds a data spine that connects those systems, and delivers the analytics that make critical insights reliable, timely, and actionable.

Our Mission

Empowering providers with the data and intelligence to strengthen financials, improve operations, and ultimately drive better patient care.

Our Vision

Thriving providers, thriving patients.
Excellence
We set a high bar for our work. Precision, polish, and meaningful results are non-negotiable. We are a data insights company, so our solutions need to be complete and accurate.
Ownership
We take responsibility for the outcomes our clients hire us to deliver. We act with urgency, follow through, and stay focused until the job is done.
Built to Last
We work hard, but not at the cost of our ability to keep doing it well. We manage effort, recover deliberately, and look out for each other. Burnout is not a badge. It is a failure mode.
Integrity
We lead with honesty and do the right thing, especially when it is hard. We stay humble, treat others with respect, and operate as one team.
Curiosity
We ask questions, challenge assumptions, and look for better ways to solve hard problems. We adopt new tools and sharpen new skills as the work demands. Learning and experimentation are how we work, not extras we occasionally make time for.

How We Work

SolisRx works regularly with the technology platforms that infusion providers already use, including major commercial EHR and billing systems.

Most platforms you use are built for the average, which means they fit no one particularly well. SolisRx builds custom data solutions shaped around your operations, integrating your existing systems. Solutions are built and deployed inside your own Microsoft tenant, accelerated by infusion-specific frameworks. No vendor lock-in, no proprietary middleware, no platform fee. Your data stays in your control. What we build is yours.

We primarily build on the Microsoft (Power BI, Fabric, Azure, Power Apps, Teams) where most infusion operators already have licensing and IT familiarity. AI is applied at two levels: within the analytical work itself, where machine learning accelerates pattern detection across large claims datasets and drives the predictive exception monitoring that catches emerging issues before they compound; and within SolisRx’s delivery workflow, where AI-assisted tooling allows faster diagnostic turnaround and more rigorous output validation without adding headcount to each engagement.

Getting Started

Most engagements begin with a two-to-three-week diagnostic focused on a specific question your leadership team already has. The diagnostic produces a root cause finding and a dollar figure.

From there, the path forward is clear.
